Meet our Director, Nolene van Wyk: She has a B.Com Industrial Psychology degree and has a proven track record as a Human Resources and Labour Relations specialist. With over 20 years’ experience in her field, she has served on the Executive and Management Committees in divisions of some of the largest listed companies in South Africa (The Imperial Group and The JD Group) as well as having spent many years working as an outsourced Labour Relations Consultant in the biggest Labour/HR Consultancy in South Africa. She has experience starting up entire HR Departments from scratch, and is an expert in Representation at the CCMA/Bargaining Councils, currently handling 60 to 70 cases per year.
Nolene is a specialist service provider in the Restaurant and Catering Industry and has worked as a part-time Organiser for CATRA, the Catering and Restaurant Employers Organisation, for over 7 years, assisting in servicing their members from Disciplinary Hearings to Bargaining Council Arbitrations.
