She has a B.Com Industrial Psychology and has a proven track record as a Human Resources and Labour Relations specialist. With more than 17 years’ experience in her field, she has served on the Executive and Management Committees in divisions of some of the largest listed companies in South Africa (The Imperial Group and The JD Group) as well as having spent many years working as an outsourced Labour Relations Consultant in the biggest Consultancy in its field, in South Africa. She has experience starting up entire HR Departments from scratch, and has not lost a case at the CCMA in the past 9 years, having done around 200 cases during that time.
